These high protein bagels are delicious and are great for any time of the day , when you want to go low carb. These are easy to make and paired with cream cheese, this recipe is a winner!!

Ingredients :-
1 cup cottage cheese
3/4th cup almond flour
1 whole egg
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pizza seasoning
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
1 tbsp mixed black and white sesame
Method:-
Mix almond flour , salt , baking powder and the spices together in a bowl. Next , blend the cottage cheese and egg in to a paste in a food processor. Combine the almond flour and cottage cheese mixtures to make a soft dough. Make small balls , of desired size and lightly flatten them , making a whole in the centre . Sprinkle them with black and white sesame and place on a baking sheet . Bake at 190 degrees for 20 minutes or till they turn golden on top. Serve hot with cream cheese.
