This is an absolutely quick and easy dip for a last minute snack or sudden guests landing up.
1 cup fresh spinach leaves
3-4 cloves garlic
1/4 th cup feta cheese
1 tsp oregano
2-3 dry red chillies
Wash the spinach leaves well and blend everything together to a smooth paste. The dip is ready to had with crackers , lavash or any other bread you have.
No salt is to be added to this recipe as spinach has salt in it and so does feta.
