This recipe has been passed on to me by a very dear family friend and I’m grateful to her for sharing it with me. The humble cabbage is converted to this next level , tangy salad. It’s an absolutely fantastic recipe and has always garnered a lot of praise , every single time that I’ve served it.

Ingredients :-
1 medium size fresh cabbage
1 packet instant noodles
1 cup roasted peanuts
2 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
4 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp sugar
Salt to taste
1 tsp pepper powder
1 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp butter
Method :-
Slice the cabbage fine and long and chill in the refrigerator. In a pan, dry roast the sesame seeds till they golden in colour and keep aside . Add the butter to the pan and add ,crushed , dry instant noodles to it. Roast them to a golden colour and mix with the sesame seeds. Slightly crush the peanuts and mix them with the sesame and noodles mixture. Mix the rest of the ingredients for the dressing and keep it to chill, till ready to serve. Mix the dressing and garnish ,with the cabbage just before serving .
