I recently had a challenge, where I had to come up with a dessert recipe with no sweeteners or sugar substitutes . This dessert is not only filling but high in protein. I have used simple low fat yoghurt but it can be replaced by Greek yogurt. Rich, creamy, and guilt-free—yogurt chocolate mousse is where indulgence meets wholesome goodness.Try it out.
Ingredients:-
This recipe serves 6-8
3 cups low fat hung curd
150 gms seedless dates
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup blueberries
1/4th cup dried cranberries
2 tsp vanilla extract
Some granola for garnish
Method :-
In a bowl whisk the yoghurt, well, till it turns creamy and light. Make a paste of the dates and cocoa powder, adding a bit of water if required. Mix the date paste into the yoghurt , till everything is well combined. Add vanilla and the blueberries and combine well. Serve in any container with a topping of cranberries and a little granola for added crunch.
